About Us

The Aboriginal Sustained Home Visiting Service is staffed by a Child and Family Health Nurse and an Aboriginal Health Education Officer. The program offers intensive support to Aboriginal families with children from newborn to age 2 years. The support is achieved by staff conducting home visits and outreaching programs to improve the health of Aboriginal women and their families during the postnatal period and beyond.
